Albert Adams ( 1904 – 1993 ) was born in the USA and came to Powell River as a small child with his father, Condrack and his mother, Mary and his brother Charles. Albert never married. Charles had two sons one of which was C.C. Adams. Albert worked for the Powell River Company pulp and paper mill starting at 18 years old and belonged to the 25 Year Club in 1947. Adams assisted with the Powell River Company annual snow survey project . He was an avid outdoorsman. He climbed Lockie’s Table 75 times. Upon his death friends took his ashes and scattered them there.

The collection consists of photographs taken by Adams on his travels around the Powell River area and trips to Mexico.
