CRANBERRY PARENT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION FONDS. --1939-1966. - - 11.5cm of textual records

The Cranberry Parent Teachers Association was formed in 1939. Lt Col. A.T. Powell was elected as the first president. The PTA was concerned with education ideas, social and monetary concerns of the school. Study groups for mothers were implemented. They participated in the Royal Commission on Education in 1959. Cranberry School (first known as Malaspina School in 1930) closed in 1986.

The fonds consists of records of the Cranberry Parent Teacher Association. Includes constitution, minutes, correspondence, financial records, brief, lists and a scrap book.
