Kennedy Family fonds. – ca 1920’s.—32 photographs.
Art (1882-1967) and Amy (1884-1962) Kennedy settled in Stillwater in 1918. Art was one of BC’s first official log scalers. He started the first truck-logging business in Stillwater. He retired from the Powell River Company in 1947. He was an active member in local community events and was a founding member of the United Stillwater School PTA. The family of 13 moved to Lang Bay to farm and raise chickens.
The fonds consists of 32 black and white photographs.
