The Powell River and District Civic Music Association fonds. - - 1948 – 1955 - - 55 photographs

The PR and District Civic Music Association, with President Ernest Stonier, was formed in May 1954. The group planned to present, in the fall-winter season,  Carl Pelangi, bass-baritone; Barbara Custance, pianist; the Reginald Kell Players, instrumental quartet; Gregory and Strong, concertina virtuoso and dancer. They brought other performers into the district over a period of years.
The fonds consists of images.
