Frank Scott (1908 – 1982) and Ruth Scott (1915 (?) – 2002) arrived in Powell River in 1935. Frank was active in St Johns Ambulance, Cranberry United Church and CCF Party. Ruth was active in Canadian Girls in Training, Cranberry United Church, Women’s Auxiliary, founded Christmas Cheer fund and St. Johns Ambulance. She worked as a practical nurse. He worked in the Mill and together they later ran a plant nursery.

The fonds consists of personal records of the Frank and Ruth Scott. Includes correspondence, certificates, ephemera and photographs.
