The Stillwater United Parent Teacher Association began in 1937 with the amalgamation of the Annie Bay, Lang Bay and Kelly Creek schools.They held fundraisers to buy school equipment and awarded scholastic achievement prizes. Parties for Valentines Day and May Day were held. In 1959 when the Kelly Creek school opened, the Stillwater United PTA enrolment numbers were diminished. The Stillwater United PTA became dormant in 1978 when the school was closed.

The fonds consists of records pertaining to the Stillwater United Parent Teacher Association. Includes textual records, scrapbooks, photographs and slides.
