Biographical Sketch: Jack Wilson ( 1883-1979 ) was born in Ireland and moved to Powell River in 1911. He worked for the Powell River Company as a carpenter and from 1924-1958 he was the skipper of the Powell River Company boat the Playaday, taking Company visitors up to Rainbow Lodge on Powell Lake.

Scope and Content: The collection consists of 1 photograph album. Includes photos of Tom Ogburn, Powell Lake, Jack Wilson and Powell River Company employees. with loose photographs, 1 photograph of Jack Wilson and his bride, 1 framed photograph of Jack Wilson and ? and a booklet The Revielle, the Duke of Connaught’s Own 1916.
